BIO Fuel - a boon or a lack luster for earth

Hi

Must read to enlighten ourselves

It is being estimated that the Global population is mushrooming and is very much intact to break the records by the end of 2020. This is turning out to be a serious threat to food grain production. The demand for food grains from India and China is skyrocketing every year. There are two main strategic factors that are noticeably effecting the supply of food grains to the world population.

1. Increased Biofuel consumption over fossil fuel.
2. Decrease in crop production due to natural calamities and urbanization.

Biofuel is considered the best alternative to Fossil fuel because the latter is playing a strategic role in increasing the green house gases in the atmosphere. Huge demand from domestic and industrial sectors escalated the price value of the fuel. The pollution levels are crossing the safety borders.

Considering the above factors biofuel can be the best replacement for fossil fuel, at same moment it has become a devastating threat for food grain consumption. The crops produced across Asia-Pacific regions are exported in bulk for the production of biofuel. The imbalance between the supply and demand of the food grains is fueling the prices that are unbearable for a common man.

So, We must either increase the fertile land or go for an other opportunity to replace Fossil Fuel
